Jana Slagle- Owner/Executive Director
EVERY1ndependence, LLC is owned and operated by Jana Slagle. Jana founded EVERY1ndependence in 2019 after realizing that working with individuals with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities is what she wants to do for the rest of her life. Jana has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology as well as over seven years combined experience in fields directly related to providing supports to individuals with I/DD. In addition to her education and experience, Jana has and will continue to develop relationships and make connections within the community that will give EVERY1ndependence what it needs to be successful in making a difference in the lives of those it will serve.

Katelyn Andrade- Direct Support Professional/Social Media Specialist
Katelyn is a full-time Direct Support Professional and runs the social media pages for EVERY1ndependence. Katelyn has over five years experience working directly with and providing supports for adults and children with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities, and has been with EVERY1ndependence since it was formed. Katelyn enjoys the outdoors and has a great love for the beauty of the Pacific Northwest. She has found her passion in providing supports for individuals with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities and hopes to continue her career by providing supports that not only promote independence and community integration but also incorporate sustainability, creativity, and care for the environment.

Kyle Rosalez- Direct Support Professional
Kyle is a full-time Direct Support Professional for EVERY1ndependence and has also received the Oregon Intervention System (OIS) training to provide Positive Behavior Support and Intervention for adults and children with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities. After a degree from the Western Culinary Institute and several years of working in the food industry, Kyle decided to make a change in career that led him to discover his passion for supporting this wonderful community of people with I/DD. He strongly believes that everyone deserves to live a life of independence and self-determination and that is evident in his character and the day-to-day supports that he provides.

Stephanie is a part-time Direct Support Professional for EVERY1ndependence. Outside of providing supports, Stephanie is going to school to become a Dental Hygienist. She hopes to continue providing supports to those she's built a strong relationship with not only while in school but also long after.
